Shipping & Return Policy


All of our orders are shipped with USPS or UPS. If you would like signature confirmation or additional package insurance, please contact us BEFORE ordering and let us know. Campfire orders (especially around the holidays) may require sign on delivery at our discretion.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and packing of your order, and then 3-5 business days for delivery. Holiday processing times may be slightly longer, and we thank you for your patience!

Nixi Lauroo is very proud to turn out high quality garments that are sewn with care and love, and also with a professional background and degree in fashion design + garment construction. We inspect each piece as it leaves our studio to ensure the best quality. If for some reason you have a quality issue with your new garment, please contact us and we will assist you with your problem at hand.

Returns + Refunds:

As we are a small mama run shop, returns are difficult for us, but we will do our best to make sure you are happy! Please order knowing that our stock and sizes are limited. If you need to swap a size, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order and we can assist you with an exchange. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Items being sent back MUST be in original, non-worn condition with all tags attached to be considered for an exchange. As of January 1st, 2018, we will accept returns on a case by case basis, for store credit only.

In the event you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can resolve it for you. Please note any applicable turnaround and/or shipping times prior to ordering.

In the event that an incorrect item is sent to you, we will correct the error in a timely manner and cover any return shipping if necessary.


We do not/can not cancel/refund orders after they are placed. If you ordered a wrong size, need to inform us of an upcoming "must have by" delivery date, or have changed addresses, please contact us by email directly as soon as you can, so we can make any necessary adjustments.
